Private Sector

AKAZI KANOZE works closely with the private sector, who plays a leadership role in the assessment of labor market demand and workforce opportunities, the development of demand-based skills training programs, and the provision of jobs, internships, job shadowing experiences, apprenticeships and entrepreneurship opportunities for youth.

Innovative partnerships are created to better prepare youth to access economic opportunities in sectors such as construction, hospitality and services, IT, and agro-business and to meet the industry’s needs for skilled employees.
